Haynes Materials Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date and must accompanied by original sales receipt
• There will be no returns on bluestone, cement products, custom materials (includes non-stock colors), stabilizer sand and bulk materials
• Materials must be in the same increments that they were sold in. (e.g. A paver sold by the row must be returned by the row)

Packaged Items

• Unopened products with receipt will receive a refund in the same form as payment
• Open resalable products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will receive store credit

Delivered Items

• Materials must be inspected at time of pickup or delivery. Any problems with materials must be noted on delivery slip. No returns may be made on delivery materials unless noted on delivery slip
• All returns needing to be picked up will be subject to a pick up and service charge for truck time
